First thing’s first – I must pay tribute to the name and title. What started as an innocent nickname from a beloved co-worker on my very first day at work has blossomed into a complete identity….and website! There is no need to explain the name Sassy as you will soon come to see it is quite fitting. McNasty is a different story. That same beloved co-worker thought it had a nice ring to it. Of course, the more I argued against it the more it stuck. Needless to say, my real first name is no longer a point of reference and I now answer to Sassy and all other variations of that original nickname.

As a recent graduated of the lovely Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and cute shoe enthusiast, Public Relations and Marketing seemed the obvious choice for career path. That coupled with my ‘Old Soul’ and love of stories from the “Good old days” (where girls wore pearls and gloves and men opened doors…who would have thought?!) lead me here. I have a passion for presentation in every form and believe personality is the key to life.

SO – a fun nickname for the new girl quickly turned into an outlet for my high energy and crazy thoughts etiquette, shoes and life.
